Did You Know?

The Clinton-Essex-Franklin Library System and community partners have joined forces in a Consumer Health Resources Project for 2013.  We’ll present authoritative, up-to-date consumer health resources in a variety of friendly formats and highlight them with programs that draw on the great wealth of health expertise from local providers.  Thanks to our network of public libraries in Clinton, Essex and Franklin counties, residents of all ages with a library borrower’s card can access links, books, ebooks, video and more, free of charge.
