Local Community Resources for Healthy Aging

Did You Know?

Public libraries offer many services and programs to help older adults stay active and keep learning new things, a key to healthy aging.  In addition to books, audiobooks and videos, libraries in our area periodically offer computer, exercise, gardening and art classes, topic and book discussion groups, volunteer opportunities, and individual help finding information.  If you haven't visited your public library in a while, stop by and see what's available.

Lifestyle choices make a big difference, so we've put together some resources to help you steer toward a happy, healthy old age!

You can find a list of libraries in our area at www.cefls.org.
